Entered into a three year Frame Agreement with Statoil

Logtek has together with partner Blueback Reservoir and EnVision signed a three year Frame Agreement with Statoil for delivery of consultancy services in production- and exploration geology, geophysical evaluation, petrophysics and data management.

Statoil has the option to extend the term of the Framework Agreement or parts thereof for up to two periods of one year each.

The entered frame agreement became effective 1 March 2010.
