The Blueback Reservoir geomodeling consultancy team comprises of approximately 30 highly experienced geomodelers. Each geomodeler has a different oil industry background but all are highly competent users of both IRAP RMS and Petrel. Dependent on a client’s technical request Blueback Reservoir can provide modelers specific to the task, be that advanced model building, complex structural models, volumetric and uncertainty modeling or seismic interpretation, time modeling and velocity modeling.

Blueback Reservoir also has specialist geomodelers, for example;

1. Highly experienced geomodeler with extensive knowledge of volumetric uncertainty and work flow management
2. Highly experienced geomodeler working on complex producing fields and development drilling
3. Experienced geophysicist and modeler specializing in velocity modeling
4. Experienced geophysicist and modeler specializing in seismic processing and borehole geophysics

Geomodelers are provided onsite for long term assignments within existing teams, short term postings for specific technical tasks and for training/mentoring.

Off-site geomodeling services can be provided by utilizing existing remote working solutions and Blueback Reservoir’s secure FTP server.

Geomodeling products are provided  by Blueback Reservoir’s project team based in the Stavanger office.
